I pretty much know "kak," but some creative poking in my translator yielded: как узор на огне, с ново прошлое or "as pattern on the fire, the newly past" and I can't figure the last word out. Russian's a bit difficult to figure out when romanized by sound alone, because "o" can sound like "a" if it's unstressed, and a few other letters have similar sounds under different circumstances. I can tell you that "ogne" (огне) is "fire," though XD (unless it's the plural form, огни, that's being said. I've no clue from the romanization.)
