OTPs, the Canonicity Of (with bonus: What's In a Name)
Hokay, so. House. Most of you who care about this already know about the events of the most recent episode, "Don't Ever Change". But if you somehow don't know, here's a recap:
- House confronts Amber and be's incredibly possessive of Wilson ("Give him back his sweatshirt")
- House realizes that Wilson is dating Amber (Wilson dating Amber?!) because she reminds him of House
- Wilson says "Why not date you? We're a couple!"
- Wilson says "If you'd looked at me with those flashing eyes before I was involved..."
- House describes Wilson's "love for me and his love for need"
- House decides that Wilson's dating a "female proxy" for him is a "good dating choice"
- 13 is bi
Okay, that last might not have much to do with H/W, but you know what else it didn't have anything to do with? The plot. Why else would they bring up something like that unless they were trying to make a comment on some other characters' sexualities, hmm? ;)
(Oh, btw, if you want to watch the slashy parts of the episode, they're here and here.)
Bottom line: House/Wilson is CANON. And I won't let
bsergurl tell me any different. :P (Although I won't be completely satisfied until we get a hot makeout session. Or two.)
And as for H*R? Strong Sad ships Strong Bad/Homestar. ^___^ (sbemail fan club)
Now on to the name bit: How did I not realize this before? Ulquiorra. Él-Que-Llora. DUH.

Yay subjunctive ^_^
It may also interest you to know that "Ulquiorra" apparently has no anagrams whatsoever. (Though "Ulquiorra Schiffer" yields several, including "roach liqueur riffs", "fear cliquish furor", "scruffier quail rho", and "ah, squirrel fur coif". And yes, I used the Internet Anagram Server on this one - I was curious.)
