Bad news: The Dusk Balls did absolutely nothing.

Good news: It only took six Ultra Balls.

I guess the game decided to take pity on me already. So yes, I have successfully tamed the majestic Ho-Oh. Next stop, Pokémon League really long road that leads to the Pokémon League! :D

/needs to beat Clair and catch Lugia

=( I fail so hard at catching legendaries. I always over-train my starter and under-train the rest of my team, so they either get brutally murdered by whatever legendary Pokemon I'm facing or do the brutal murdering. Not much room for catching in between knocking them out cold. /cries

BUT CONGRATULATIONS! 8D *hugs, picks up, spins* THAT'S SO EXCITING! I'd go around kicking everyone's ass. |D

Ooh, Clair's really hard for a gym leader. Train up an ice-type~

Yeah, I used to train my starter at the expense of the others too. But then I discovered the joy of a well-balanced team, so now I keep everyone at the same level no matter what. It takes forever. And I still fail at catching legendaries. :B

Eeee thank you! ^_^ I've boxed it for now, but it's my highest-level Pokémon currently so I might take it out again for the Elite Four. You never know~
