Okay, so. Tobias is blond. It says so every time they describe him as a human, and the descriptions don't vary too much between books. Blond and really messy hair, right? So, why come on every single one of his book covers, the model is a brunette? And Christopher Ralph was cute and all, but he had brown hair too. So thanks to them, I've only just realized that I've been going around with the wrong mental image of the guy for years now. D:

Also: why are the two most attractive women in Harvest Moon: Rune Factory ineligible? I would totally marry either Sabrina or Lady Ann (or both :P), but apparently because they have kids, they're off-limits. But they're single! ...D: I guess I'll keep trying my hand with Tabatha. Not like I have any friendship or love points with her or anyone else in the town, of course. I give people fish every day - what's a guy gotta do? Is it 'cause my name's in all caps? D:

Spell check thinks "Sabrina" should be "Serbian". Interesting.

(Must not buy Tree of Tranquility solely for the cute girly cook and the fisherman who looks exactly like Gin. Must. Not.)

(Back when I was half my age and animorphs was first airing, the forums were so up in arms about it. Jake isn't supposed to be blond either, for that matter, despite Shawn Ashmore.)

Yeah, I've been rereading the books and it jumped out at me. I was all, "Wait, he's blond? Since when?" D:

I don't know anything about what happened on the forums (that would have been a few years before I knew what a forum was), but yeah. It was just not a great show all around.

Yeah, the fanbase didn't like it at all. (Myself included, though it did get me into the books... Animorphs was my first foray into online fandom and *where* I found out what a forum was. XD)

I think the Animorphs site was actually the first website I ever went to. :D My first online fandom stuff was in Pokémon and Harry Potter, though. Oh, harrypotterfans.net, I pine for you.
