Wow I haven't been on LJ since forever, by which I mean like a week. You know when I said I was done with my buttload of homework? I got more. =_=;; I haven't been responding to posts, or basically anything, and I'm sorry.

So! NEWW was really fun. Okay, we ran into some scheduling/transportation issues, but once we worked those out it was a blast. The only thing I regretted was not getting to meet Kate Beaton (there was always such a long line for her table ;_;). However, I did meet and get autographs from Ryan North, David Malki !, KC Green, Anthony Clark, Jeph Jacques (who drew me Marigold), and Andrew Hussie (who drew me Gamzee). :D :D The other best part was the Sunday drawing panels, especially the one where they took audience suggestions. You can see the results of that here (same guy's pictures, not mine). Two of them were Yuki's requests. :B

There was a sad lack of cosplayers at this con, but the Beartato and Reginald made up for that in spades. (Picture not by me.) So perfect. There were also a few people wearing MSPA shirts - I counted three Daves, three trolls (including me), a Game Bro and a Rose. Did not know Dave would be so popular.

Umm. I got back into Phoenix Wright: The Musical pretty recently, and I've been listening the crap out of it. It turns out that apparently it has been licensed homaguh. Like, for real, by Capcom. If there was any fan project that deserved to become official, it was this one. Congratulations to the people working on it! :B Also if any of you guys have not listened to it by now, you really should. You will like it. Some of the songs are on the website and the rest are on YouTube. :D

Also... I want to RP. Following rpanoncomm and having a lot of cool LJ friends who RP and a boyfriend who mods one can do things to your mind. This wouldn't be a problem if I knew how to do characterization for any character, ever. Or if I could trust myself not to idle out. =_=;;;; I've been getting back into Kingdom Hearts in a big way (mentally, anyway*) and I want to replay Days soon, so I'll probably have that floating around my brain when I do. I really don't think it will go anywhere, but... a girl can dream.

* By which I mean mostly thinking about Axel/Roxas/Xion with some Sora on the side. Hey everything is better with foursomes amirite.

I don't know if we are talking completely serious. I mean, if I did RP it would be at a fun game like route_29 or hogwarts_hocus. Still, having to write tags and stuff might just be added pressure in my life. x_x

Hey, in Japan they made an opera of it, so it's not that weird, right? Right? >_> No seriously the musical is amazing though. Also, you should play the games! They have great characters and are fun.

› least favorite character - Probably Von Karma, though I would have to play through all the games before deciding this one.
› prettiest character - MAX GALACTICA. I also think Calisto Yew is really pretty.
› character I wanna marry - Jake Marshall. ♥
› favorite pairing - Maya/Apollo. It would make so much sense if they ever met maybe.
› favorite episode/moment - Right now I am going to say 1-5 because I got pretty emotionally invested in that one. Plus, Marshall. Again, though, I need to play more of the series. ._.;;;

Oh god yes the music. Marshall's theme is one of the two character themes I have on my iPod. This reminds me that I should probably go out and download some more though. :B

Ooh, I haven't finished PS yet but I've been wondering how well it would work as a book! Maybe I should pick one up if I ever come across him at a con. I feel like HS wouldn't work as a book as well as it would as a DS game. Like, a interactive visual novel. HOW AWESOME WOULD THAT BE. The image would be the top screen and the text would be the bottom and you could scroll through pesterlogs with the stylus and-- okay I am gonna stop myself here before this becomes tl;dr

And I am actually borrowing a bunch of PW games from a friend at the moment, so I am very interested in seeing the musical once I'm done working through them. 8)

I wish you would have been there. D: I should have taken pictures or had a camera but you can see that guy's Flickr if you are interested in pictures. And I agree that Dave is totally fabulous; I just, I dunno, expected more trolls or something. Because they are fabulous too. :B

You should definitely check out the book. I actually think it is a little easier to follow to have all of it in front of you like that. The animated pages do rather lose something though. :( Also, Homestuck would be a sweet visual novel, although that is kind of what it is already. :P

Plaaaaay them! Which one are you on? Also the musical is just songs, I'm afraid; there isn't anything to see per se, unless you count the storyboards for some of the songs. Which are occasionally hilarious, so. :|a

Oh dude, sweet! I can't wait to see your John. :D But man I could never play a Homestuck character, are you kidding? I have enough trouble writing for people with normal speech patterns. :P You do seem to have a few Kingdom Hearts spaces open though, so if after replaying I decide to go that direction I will keep it in mind!

I am only on the second one, Justice for All! About halfway through. And oh, I thought I saw a clip on youtube once for a PW musical that was actually performed on stage, but that one probably isn't related to the thing you're talking about then! But I must listen to these songs once I've worked through these games.

Ahah oh man that's true, typing with his voice is pretty hard, especially since I like JUST started trying him out. But it'd be so awesome to RP with you at SC, definitely think about it! o9

Yeah, I think on the grand scheme of fandom, Eridan is less popular... but for some reason, I feel like all the Homestuck fans I've talked to are in love with him, ahah! And dude, Vriska gets such pretty fanarts, omg. I'm hoping that John will be a good influence on her and she'll learn how to be less of a jerk from him! However cheesy that is, lol.
