Pokémon and ponies and plays, oh my!

Well, it's been a while. That is me for you.

Pokémon update:
Seymour
Lily
Kiri
Randy
Nikola
Neil
(lv. 35)

I am so happy to finally have a Scraggy and a Joltik you don't even know. ♥ Also as you can see my mustache dog has reached her final form of mustachiness and it is glorious. MUSTAAAACHE DOG.
Still not sure about having two flying types on the same team, although they've both been pretty useful. If I come across something I like better I'll probably switch one of them out. Considering maybe using my Litwick instead of Neil but we shall see.
Also I know Nikola is the most obvious name for a Joltik, it was that or Luigi okay and I thought people might get confused with that other guy named Luigi.

About to face the sixth gym, so I'll let you know how that goes. Also, I will never ever ever get used to the name "Skyla". I've found myself accepting Burgh, even tolerating Elesa, but Skyla? No. Just no. Not acknowledging it. Ughh. WELL TIME TO BATTLE FUURO

So um. I will try to keep this brief because I know some people are sick of hearing me talk about it, but I am kind of hooked on ponies. FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC IS SO GOOD OKAY @_@ You know how I don't cry at most fictional things? This show has me tearing up like no one's business. It's not even sad, it's just... heartwarming, I guess. So much friendship ♥ My favorite is Rainbow Dash because she is awesome and Buttercup, but I also like Fluttershy because she is me and Applejack because dat personality and dem freckles. <3 Not that I don't love the other three too, of course. And Spike. I love Spike. He's adorable. Anyway I just thought I would let you know that I am now whatever the female version of a brony is. (A sisny?) *draws human ponies because that is what you do*

Also [livejournal.com profile] help_japan continues to have amazing artists and bidding is open until the end of the month so I encourage you again to buy some stuff and help out! As long as you don't outbid me. :P

(Okay one last thing. Saw my high school's production of My Fair Lady with Tyma the other night. Good music, good acting, terrible ending, and oh my god there was so much Higgins/Pickering slash potential. "Why can't a woman be like you?" indeed. :D Tyma also suggested Higgins/Pickering/Eliza OT3, which I quite approve of. Somehow Higgins/Eliza is more bearable in that context, especially if they still hate each other. :B

Also I saw Daniel Radcliffe in How To Succeed in Business last week. Sooo coool man *_*)

Oh man, you should see it! Dan's singing was just okay, but he is an excellent comedic actor. Also they had an awesome multi-layered set going on. Also it was really good. I am not good at reviewing as you can tell, but I was very pleased with it and you should definitely try to see it sometime. :B

I LOVE platformed sets. I was in the show in Junior year, and we modeled our set like that. I really really love platforms and levels and stuff; it just adds a really interesting element to any play/whatever, and hey, it's convenient. Some day soon, hopefully, I'll see it ;w;
