Spent basically the entirety of the last two days watching every Pixar movie with most of my friends. It was huge amounts of fun. I'm going to miss those guys. :(

As is common when watching Pixar movies, I kept noticing things that I hadn't the first however many times around, but the standout this time was that A Bug's Life is an extended take on the fable of the ant and the grasshopper. I really don't know why it took me this long to think of that. It's still cool though. :B I also cried at Jessie's backstory scene for the first time. It's the song. Stupid song. *bawls*

Tuesday's episode of Lost was very relevant to my interests. By which I mean Richard + beard + long hair + speaking Spanish = unf. Too bad we will probably never see that version of him again. Why do all the hot guys in Lost either die or shave. :(

In not incoherent fangirl news, Anime Boston's in a week. All I still have to do costume-wise is finish my pants, make my shirt, make a hair ribbon, figure out how to do my hair, get some shoes, get a non-moth-eaten blanket, get a white T-shirt that is smaller than an XL, and like get some flip-flops too or something. And find my camera. Other than that I am good right? :B

Why is Daniel Faraday's last name Faraday if it isn't either of his parents' last names? Also why has he never had a British accent when both of his parents are British and he was raised there? And is Wes Weasley's name short for Wesley Weasley? Because that would be a terrible name.

BNL's "For You" is a really good song. I want to use it in a fanmix or an AMV or a playlist or something never mind that I have no idea how to do any of that aaaaaaaa.

Also, Naruto fanfic rec: Switched! I love bodyswap stories, and this one certainly delivers. It starts out wonderfully sane. By the end, it had degenerated into...well, I won't spoil it, but a bunch of completely implausible things, and here's the best part: it still remains completely sane. It's not very long, but it is very good. Read it? ^_^

I was probably gonna post something funny...like, from school or something...but I forgot it. If I was.

And in Spanish class, we were doing this activity where we were supposed to draw the first thing we thought of, and I drew Desmond. Obsessed much? :P And it was cool because we were doing this story where people took turns putting whatever they drew into a story, and I was like, "Desmond entró y gritó: —¡TODOS VAN A MORIR!" Even if someone did think he was Sirius Black. (whut?)

Since I was a really lazy non-posting person this past month, there were two birthdays I didn't acknowledge. My apologies to John Noble (who turned 58 on the 20th) and Billy Boyd (who turned 38 on the 28th).

Pirates and pie...Well, um, Pirates kinda starts with the word pie, so...actually, I've been putting off making a proper post for so long that I've completely forgotten everything I was going to say. My computer's in the shop right now, so if you were trying to email me, you can't. This is being posted from the library computer, but I don't like checking my email on public computers. So.
